Title: Process Design Manager
Manage a team of 15-20 diversified engineers from mechanical, electrical, controls & manufacturing specialty on detail design engineering, process development from conceptual models, project management & creating plans for technical documentation · Prepare daily, weekly reports on engineering tasks to track progress and manage deliverable · Collaborate with operations team and identify areas to improve the design flow, manufacturing workflow that may involve redesigning or restructuring engineering work documents to boost manufacturing output. · Develop validation documentation protocols that are applicable for OEM process systems to comply with cGMP and euGMP food and pharmaceutical standards. · Lead the controls team on developing and implementing validation protocols to meet 21 CFR Part 11 requirements on Thar’s user interface built for operating SFE and SFC process systems. · Develop a detailed troubleshooting flow chart for all Thar’s standard OEM systems to help assist service technicians. · constantly evaluate the control logic and implement changes to advance process automation, improve diagnostics and perform high level statistical analysis from the data acquisition tools. Thar’s Engineering team also plays a pivotal role on pushing out new sustainable processes and engineering solutions mainly using CO2, involved in conceptualizing, and performing proof of concept. The Process Design Manager will be reporting to the VP of Technology development & Engineering.
On day one we’ll expect you to… · able to manage and motivate the team · able to prioritize tasks, set up and manage project expectations · understand the major design criteria, various tools used by the team and develop implementing change management process, write testing plans and process safety plans.

Qualifications: Must have Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering.
